Return & Refund Policy

The Studio
(Expert Bouquet Preservation)

We are only able to accept a very limited number of reservations per week for bouquet preservation in our studio due to the 100% handmade nature of our art. Due to this, all reservations placed are non-refundable.

Due the 100% custom nature of each piece of art created, we do not accept returns or refunds.

The Kit
(DIY Bouquet Preservation)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of the Bouquet Preservation Kit, you can return The Kit and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same edition.
You can return The Kit for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
To return, The Kit must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipment of The Kit to be eligible for a return and refund.
